Frequently asked questions
How does it work?
Simply shop the play experience you want, choose how long you want to rent the play equipment for, and we'll do the rest. Porch to porch drop off and pick-up included. If you don't have a safe location for drop off and pick-up we will text you to arrange a handover.
What areas do you service?
At the moment we are servicing Sydney only, but feel free to contact us if you are interested in expanding service to your area.
What condition will I get the toys in?
All toys and play equipment will be functional, clean and sanitised, and undergo a safety check prior to dispatch.
Toys may have cosmetic damage that do not affect the safety or functionality.
How are the toys cleaned?
For younger kids toys we use a HOCl cleaning system to ensure effective and non-toxic cleaning and sanitation.
For some larger toys and sports equipment we use 70% isopropyl alcohol to wipe down surfaces.
We only rent toys that can be sanitised effectively.
Note that helmets and protective gear are for sale only (unavailable to rent) to ensure hygiene and safety can be upheld.
What if I want to keep the toy?
Great news! If you love the toy just pay the gap* and it’s yours to keep. Meaning you can try before you buy and no broken hearts.

What if my child damages the toy?
Kids will be kids!
We want all young ones to feel free to play
with the equipment without worrying about scuff marks, minor marks or
breakage from reasonable use.
We won't penalise you for minor damage incurred from regular use of the toy.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes! Just reach out to us if you decide you want to keep it for longer and we will make it happen.
